Shipping & Handling
The shipment of your product is our highest priority, and every day we dispatch products to customers around the world. Because the majority of our warehouses are internationally based, shipping times may vary.
Processing time: Once we receive your payment, we immediately send your order to our suppliers for order verification, quality checking, packaging, and dispatch. This process may take an additional 1–4 business days.
Shipping time: Delivery typically takes 12–20 business days from the time your order is shipped. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be longer due to weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
